Interactive Patient Journey
Patient Journey Mapping is a way to understand what patients go through when they seek healthcare. It’s like creating a story or map of a patient’s journey—from the moment they notice a health problem to when they get treatment and follow-up care.
Think of it like planning a trip:
- You start at home (noticing symptoms),
- You figure out how to get to your destination (finding help),
- You hit some bumps along the way (delays, confusion, or miscommunication),
- And finally, you arrive (getting a diagnosis and/or care).
The team from WP6 has build an application that shows the stories of five individuals that experience rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.
